John 15:13 Greater love has no one than this, than to lay down one’s life for his friends.
Many are willing to follow the Word and Direction of the Lord Jesus Christ but they have not been Obedient or devoted to fulfill the Direction of The Lord Jesus Christ. And then many are Obedient to follow the Direction of The Lord Jesus Christ but they are not Willing to follow His Word. They are consumed with the desires of this world and their personal priorities that comes first!
James 1:25 But he who looks into the perfect law of liberty and continues in it, and is not a forgetful hearer but a doer of the work, this one will be blessed in what he does.
To be Willing and Obedient to serve the Lord Jesus Christ, starts with your Love for Jesus to lay your life down for Him to do and serve Jesus with all your heart!
The Lord Jesus Christ will never come or go against your will. When you are Willing and Obedient then you are in agreement with The Word of God and the Calling and Desires of The Lord Jesus Christ in your life!
Luke 6:46 But why do you call Me ‘Lord, Lord,’ and not do the things which I say?
The Scripture states if YOU are Willing and Obedient. You must be Willing and Obedient to be in agreement with The Word of God, to be able to inherit The Good of The Land.
Many wonder why their prayers or desires have not been answered. The Word and leading of The Lord Jesus Christ has to be first in your life. If it is not eventually the cares and desires of this world will become first and leave The Word behind with many other priorities.
Mark 14:38 Watch and pray, lest you enter into temptation. The spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.
When you wake up in the morning and go to bed at night be always in prayer ask the Lord to remind you of His priorities for your life. A life of prayer will always see Jesus and His Word first in your life so you can be Willing and Obedient. When Jesus and His Word become first in your life you will naturally become Willing and Obedient to inherit the Promises of The Lord Jesus Christ.
Matthew 6:33 But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
Romans 6:16 Do you not know that to whom you present yourselves slaves to obey, you are that one’s slaves whom you obey, whether of sin [leading] to death, or of obedience [leading] to righteousness?
