Ephesians 6:10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might.

Psalm 127:1 Unless the LORD builds the house, They labor in vain who build it; Unless the LORD guards the city, The watchman stays awake in vain.

Many times you will meet Christians that are defeated, discouraged and they are completely worn out. The reason why they are defeated and worn out is they are doing everything in their own strength, pride and without giving the situation to The Lord Jesus Christ.

Psalm 34:17 The righteous cry out, and the LORD hears, And delivers them out of all their troubles.

They wonder why the Lord does not answer their prayer or help them. Unless you give the cares and situations completely to The Lord Jesus Christ, He can not interfere in your life. If He could interfere in your will the whole world would be saved!

1 John 4:4 You are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world.

1 Peter 5:7 (Amplified Bible) Casting the whole of your care [all your anxieties, all your worries, all your concerns, once and for all] on Him, for He cares for you affectionately and cares about you watchfully.

If you do not rely on The Lord Jesus Christ and go through the cares, situations in your life without The Power and Strength of Jesus you will be worn out and defeated without God! Whenever you do things in your own strength and intellect, you are limited to the powers of this world without The Lord Jesus Christ with you! He will never Forsake you if you call upon Him

Psalm 55:22 Cast your burden on the Lord [releasing the weight of it] and He will sustain you; He will never allow the [consistently] righteous to be moved (made to slip, fall, or fail).

Ephesians 1:19-23 and what is the exceeding greatness of His power toward us who believe, according to the working of His mighty power

1 John 4:4 You are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world.

2 Corinthians 12:9-10 And He said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore most gladly I will rather boast in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in needs, in persecutions, in distresses, for Christ’s sake. For when I am weak, then I am strong.

Romans 8:5-7 For those who live according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who live according to the Spirit, the things of the Spirit. For to be carnally minded is death, but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. Because the carnal mind is enmity against God; for it is not subject to the law of God, nor indeed can be.
