Psalm 103:1-5 Bless the LORD, O my soul; And all that is within me, [bless] His holy name! Bless the LORD, O my soul, And forget not all His benefits: Who forgives all your iniquities, Who heals all your diseases, Who redeems your life from destruction, Who crowns you with lovingkindness and tender mercies, Who satisfies your mouth with good [things], [So that] your youth is renewed like the eagle’s.
Many Christians know that Jesus wants them Healed and Blessed but it never happens. Many cry out and say why? Psalm 103 above is the old testament and The Promise of God Almighty’s Word can’t and never fail. We have a better Promise today in The New Testament based on The Blood of Jesus and His Divine Word which can never fail. Yet many will never possess the benefits.
Hebrews 8:6 But now He has obtained a more excellent ministry, inasmuch as He is also Mediator of a better covenant, which was established on better promises.
The reason many never receive is they are hearers of The Word but not doers. They say all the right things but never step out to possess The Promises of The Word of God. All through the Bible Believers are to possess the Promises and not just sit and wait. The Just shall live by Faith.
King David did not wait or question God to step out and defeat Goliath and the Philistine army.
James 1:6-8 But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind. or let not that man suppose that he will receive anything from the Lord; he is a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways.
Many never receive because they will not follow the instructions of The Word of God. They just sit and wait or say if it is God it will Happen. No we are to come boldly in Faith to receive our needs and stepping out Trusting Jesus and His Divine Word. Every Miracle and Healing I have received I took The Step of Faith. I did something I could not do and I found out I was Healed or Blessed. If I could not walk I started to walk if I could not move, I started to move because The Benefits of God will never fail. Step out and do the impossible and it will become the possible and the answer to your needs.
Matthew 7:7-8 Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. “For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened.
All the Miracles and Healing in the Bible were by people who stepped out in pain or lame blind, lepers and the disabled and had their eyes set on Jesus and The Word of God to receive their answered prayers and The Benefits of The Word.
Hebrews 4:16 Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.
