If Only I May Touch The Hem Of HIS Garment I Shall Be Made Well

Matthew 9:20-21 And suddenly, a woman who had a flow of blood for twelve years came from behind and touched the hem of His garment. For she said to herself, “If only I may touch His garment, I shall be made well.” But Jesus turned around, and when He saw her He said, “Be of good cheer, daughter; your faith has made you well.” And the woman was made well from that hour.

The custom for the Jewish religious leaders was to have a blue thread on the hem of their garments to show they were religious leaders.. The blue thread represented the Word of God. The woman with the issue of blood had no hope in the natural realm to be healed of her affliction she suffered with for many years. She knew that The Lord Jesus Christ was The Living Word of God.

The woman knew if she could touch The Word of God she would be Healed!

John 1:1-2 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God.

Psalm 107:20 He sent His word and healed them, And delivered them from their destructions.

Every Born Again Christian can Touch The Word of God and receive their Healing. Jesus is The Word. The more you Read and Meditate on The Word of God the closer you will get to The Hem of His Garment. The only thing that stops you from receiving your Healing is you not reaching out to touch Him. His Word was sent for your Healing and the Price was paid and delivered for you! Many people wait endlessly for their Healing and never receive because they do not reach out to His Living Word. You must reach out and touch The Living Word of God!

Matthew 14:35-36 And when the men of that place recognized Him, they sent out into all that surrounding region, brought to Him all who were sick, and begged Him that they might only touch the hem of His garment. And as many as touched it were made perfectly well.

Matthew 8:6 -10 saying, “Lord, my servant is lying at home paralyzed, dreadfully tormented.”

And Jesus said to him, “I will come and heal him.” The centurion answered and said, “Lord, I am not worthy that You should come under my roof. But only speak a word, and my servant will be healed. “For I also am a man under authority, having soldiers under me. And I say to this one, ‘Go,’ and he goes; and to another, ‘Come,’ and he comes; and to my servant, ‘Do this,’ and he does it.”

When Jesus heard it, He marveled, and said to those who followed, “Assuredly, I say to you, I have not found such great faith, not even in Israel!
