Jesus said to him, “If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes.” Mark 9:23
Believe means to Trust and Rely in Him and His Living Holy Word. All things are Possible to him who Believes means exactly what The Lord Jesus Christ said.
All things means every thing and anything you can believe according to The Word of God would be Possible to a Believer. The Word of God is His Will and His Word will never change! When you Believe in The Lord Jesus Christ and His Word you have surrendered your will to Him so He can intervene in your desires and life. He will not intervene unless you give your desires to Him. If The Lord Jesus could interfere in people’s lives the whole world would be saved.
1 John 5:14-15 Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. And if we know that He hears us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we have asked of Him.
The King of Kings and The Lord of Lords is Alive in your heart! His Word is Spirit and Alive and will never fail or leave you! Only Believe in Him and His Word in all your ways.
Mark 11:24 “Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them.
Many people are waiting on The Lord to do something in their life without surrendering it to Him. They say if it be His Will He will Heal me. His Will is His Word. You have to come to Him with a Trust and Relying on Him for your desires and needs to be answered. All through The Bible the ones who came to Him were Healed. The Ones who did not come and bring their desires and needs never received any thing!
Matthew 9:28-29 And when He had come into the house, the blind men came to Him. And Jesus said to them, “Do you believe that I am able to do this?” They said to Him, “Yes, Lord.” Then He touched their eyes, saying, “According to your faith let it be to you.”
Matthew 21:22 “And whatever things you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive.”
Luke 8:49-50 While He was still speaking, someone came from the ruler of the synagogue’s house, saying to him, “Your daughter is dead. Do not trouble the Teacher.” But when Jesus heard it, He answered him, saying, “Do not be afraid; only believe, and she will be made well.
Mark 10:48–52 Then many warned him to be quiet; but he cried out all the more, “Son of David, have mercy on me!” So Jesus stood still and commanded him to be called. Then they called the blind man, saying to him, “Be of good cheer. Rise, He is calling you.” And throwing aside his garment, he rose and came to Jesus. So Jesus answered and said to him, “What do you want Me to do for you?” The blind man said to Him, “Rabboni, that I may receive my sight.” Then Jesus said to him, “Go your way; your faith has made you well.” And immediately he received his sight and followed Jesus on the road.
