SEEK THE THINGS ABOVE WHERE CHRIST IS SITTING AT THE RIGHT HAND OF GOD

Colossians 3:1-3 If then you were raised with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ is, sitting at the right hand of God. Set your mind on things above, not on things on the earth. For you died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God.
Colossians 3:1-3 Amplified Bible Therefore if you have been raised with Christ [to a new life, sharing in His resurrection from the dead], keep seeking the things that are above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God. Set your mind and keep focused habitually on the things above [the heavenly things], not on things that are on the earth [which have only temporal value]. For you died [to this world], and your [new, real] life is hidden with Christ in God.
If you seek, serve and live in this world system in and through your heart. Then that is what you will receive in this lifetime and all of eternity. If you seek and serve The Lord Jesus Christ and His Divine Love and Word then that is what you will receive in this life and for all Eternity. You are what you eat and dwell on. Many Christians are weighed down by the cares and desires of this world and are powerless against the works of the devil and his desires for your life which is misery and life with eternity without Jesus. The Gospel is priceless where is your treasure laid up? A luke warm Christian who seeks and spends most of his time in the world will only talk about worldly things and hardly any mention of Jesus and His Word.
Matthew 6:21 For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.
Matthew 6:24 No one can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or else he will be loyal to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and mammon.
Many Christians are weighed down by the cares and desires of this world and are powerless against the works of the devil in this world. When your heart and eyes are upon Jesus and His Word He is The Author and Finisher of your joyful life. When your heart and eyes are on Jesus and His Word, His and Peace, Love and Power will flow through you like a Mighty River for all of Eternity! Whatever you spend the most time with is what you will be just like. The more time you spend with Jesus Love and His Divine Word you will be just like Him. You can always tell a Christian who spends more time with this world, there is a dark cloud and a sad discouragement with no love and a real Joy. A hungry Christian has the Light and Glory of God around them with The Joy Love and Peace of Heaven and Jesus. Where is your treasure is it in this world or is it in Jesus and His Word and Heaven? Will Jesus on Judgement Day say to you I don’t know you?
Matthew 7:22 Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?’
And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!’ lawlessness!’
