TRUST AND BELIEVE HIM WITH ALL YOUR HEART

While I was praying in the Spirit years ago, the Lord spoke to me.  He told me something that will change your life forever. He told me that in the Old Testament, when the Jews were in the desert for 40 years, He fed and took complete care of them.  He said that food came down from the Heavens and that He caused a big cloud by day to keep them cool and a fire at night to keep them warm and to protect them.  He also said that their shoes and clothing didn’t wear out.  In sum, everyone and their animals was content and living in divine health.

But the day came for them to inherit and posses the promised land.  God Almighty told them they were to possess farms they didn’t buy, houses they didn’t build, vineyards they didn’t plant, wells they did not dig.  They would not do it because they didn’t trust God. They thought the giants were bigger and greater than the Lord Jesus Christ.  They said, “We are like grasshoppers in their midst.”  Caleb was 80 years old and he prayed to God , “Give me the entire mountain.”  In Numbers 14:24 God peaks about Caleb:  “But My servant Caleb, because he has a different spirit in him and has followed Me fully, I will bring into the land where he went, and his descendants shall inherit it.”

The Lord Jesus Christ told me, “My people have to trust Me.”  The Bible states, “The just shall live by Faith” (Romans 1:17).  Faith means you are trusting and relying on God with all of your heart!  All through the Bible God says things like, “Don’t doubt, only believe and all things shall be possible for you.”  Matthew 7:7 tells us, “Ask and it will be given to you.”  If you never ask, it will never be given to you.  Whenever you come to God, you have to come to Him with an expectant heart. That’s what faith is–an expectant heart.  Hebrews 11:6 states, “But without faith or trust or relying upon Him, it’s impossible to please Him.”  He is the God that is more than enough.  You have to believe that He is the mighty conqueror!  And remember, God lives in you!

Now the just shall live by faith; But if anyone draws back, My soul has no pleasure in him.
(Hebrews 10:38)
Greater is He that is in you than he that’s in the world.
(1 John 4:4)
But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
(1 Corinthians 15:57)
For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world; our faith. Who is he who overcomes the world, but he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God?
(1 John 5:4-5)
