But seek the kingdom of God, and all these things shall be added to you. Luke 12:31

When your eyes and heart are set on The Lord Jesus Christ continually and not on the cares of this life. You will then be in a position that will allow The Lord Jesus Christ to surround you with His Power, Love and Victory. ( Romans 8:37 Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us.) What ever you are looking at or meditating and dwelling on, that is where your heart will be. Whenever your eyes and heart are firmly fixed on The Lord Jesus Christ and His Word, then you will be in His Presence, Protection and Power. (Psalm 1:3 Blessed is the man Who walks not in the counsel of the ungodly, Nor stands in the path of sinners, Nor sits in the seat of the scornful; But his delight is in the law of the LORD, And in His law he meditates day and night. He shall be like a tree Planted by the rivers of water, That brings forth its fruit in its season, Whose leaf also shall not wither; And whatever he does shall prosper.)

Praying in The Spirit daily will create a growing living relationship and vision of The Lord Jesus Christ with His Word in your spirit.

Colossians 3:1-2 If then you were raised with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ is, sitting at the right hand of God. Set your mind on things above, not on things on the earth

God’s Word Is Medicine
by Kenneth Hagin
My son, attend to my words; incline thine ear unto my sayings. Let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them in the midst of thine heart. For they are life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh.
(Prov. 4:20-22)
According to The New Strong’s Exhaustive Concordance of the Bible, the Hebrew word in verse 22 translated “health” actually means medicine. In other words, this scripture actually says, “…they (God’s words) are life unto those that find them and medicine unto all their flesh.”

Notice that this passage of Scripture begins, “My son, attend to my words…” What does it mean to attend to God’s words? It means to put His words first. Then we are told to incline our ears unto His words, or to listen to them.

Finally, we are told to keep His words in the midst of our heart. So there are three things we are told to do with the Word of God: (1) Attend to it or put it first; (2) listen to it; and (3) keep it in the midst of our heart.

Why are we told to do this? Verse 22 says, “For they [God’s words] are life unto those that find them, and health [medicine] to all their flesh.” I believe that! God’s words are medicine. Does God have medicine? Yes! What is it? It’s His Word!

His Word is medicine to all your flesh. That means it’s good for stomach troubles, blood diseases, and for all your flesh—liver, kidneys, heart, eyes, ears, nose, mouth, and so forth!

Confession:
I attend to God’s Word. I put it first in my life. I listen to it. I keep it in the midst of my heart. God’s Word is medicine to all my flesh!
