James 5:16 Confess your trespasses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much.
A Christian that prays fervently is one who truly believes God Almighty’s Word and Promises!
The Lord Jesus Christ would always instruct us in The Word of God (Bible) to Only Believe and does not doubt.
Mark 11:23 “For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says.
When you pray fervently you are single mindedly focused on The Lord Jesus Christ and His Word for your Answered Prayer. The earnest (heartfelt, continued) prayer of a righteous man makes tremendous power available! (Amplified Bible)
If you are focused on the problem instead of the answer you will not receive your Miracle.
Mark 5:27-29 When she heard about Jesus, she came behind Him in the crowd and touched His garment. For she said, “If only I may touch His clothes, I shall be made well.”Immediately the fountain of her blood was dried up, and she felt in her body that she was healed of the affliction.
A doubled minded person is focused on the problem and answer at the same time. When your heart is not 100 percent on The Lord Jesus Christ, He would be going against your will! He will never go against your will. You must have a fully open heart for Him to give you your Miracle.
James 1:6-8 But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind. For let not that man suppose that he will receive anything from the Lord; he is a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways.
Mark 10:46-52 Now they came to Jericho. As He went out of Jericho with His disciples and a great multitude, blind Bartimaeus, the son of Timaeus, sat by the road begging. And when he heard that it was Jesus of Nazareth, he began to cry out and say, “Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on me!” Then many warned him to be quiet; but he cried out all the more, “Son of David, have mercy on me!” So Jesus stood still and commanded him to be called. Then they called the blind man, saying to him, “Be of good cheer. Rise, He is calling you.” And throwing aside his garment, he rose and came to Jesus. So Jesus answered and said to him, “What do you want Me to do for you?” The blind man said to Him, “Rabboni, that I may receive my sight.” Then Jesus said to him, “Go your way; your faith has made you well.” And immediately he received his sight and followed Jesus on the road.
A Fervent Prayer always cries out to The Lord Jesus Christ for the Miracle with a fully focused open heart ready to receive!
